Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Alpha ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Alpha is provided by Alpha Labs ("we", "us", "our").
2. Self-Custody
Alpha is a non-custodial application. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets, private keys, and recovery credentials. We do not have the ability to access, recover, or transfer your assets. Lost keys cannot be recovered by Alpha or any third party.
3. Trading Risks
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Perpetual contracts with leverage amplify both gains and losses. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Smart money tracking, market data, and analytics features are provided for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on third-party blockchain networks, data providers, and infrastructure that may experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
